Biography

Jaemin Lee received his Ph.D. degree in Finance from Emory University. Before that, he earned his Master's degree in Finance and his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Financial Engineering (double major) from Korea University. His primary field of interest is behavioral and social finance, focusing on financial markets, financial institutions, and empirical asset pricing. His current research studies whether social values and social interactions affect investors' behaviors and whether such socially driven behaviors affect institutional and market outcomes, such as asset prices.
