Dr. Jie Yang is a lecturer in Civil Education in the School of Humanities and Social Science, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. She obtained her PhD degree from Tsinghua University, MA and BA degree from Beijing Normal University.
Dr. Yang joined CUHK(SZ) in 2022. Before joining CUHK (SZ), she had rich research and teaching experience through working as a TA at Tsinghua University and Beijing Normal University. Dr Yang’s research interests are history of western political thought, deliberative democracy, and pragmatism.
