Wen Zhang is an Assistant Professor  in Management at the School of Management and Economics, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. She received her Ph.D. degree in Management from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. Her research interests mainly focus on business ethics, ethical decision making, ethical leadership, and corporate social responsibility.
