Biography

Yiming Zhang received his Ph.D. in operations management from the Foster School of Business, University of Washington, and his bachelor’s degree in Statistics from University of Science and Technology of China in 2017. His current research focuses on data-driven service operations and behavioral operations management. He works closely with the industry and studies his research questions through designing field experiments and analyzing large and highly granular data.
