Biography

Teach university core courses ENG1001 and ENG1002, and developed and executed a suite of 20 workshops and 71 language learning activities for the SALL Centre.

Designed and implemented two AI academic literacy modules, equipping ENG students to leverage AI tools for language learning and responsible research.

Led a Teaching Innovation Grant (TIG) project and participated in another to conduct pedagogical research on AI and VR in language classrooms.

Presented research at 8 international conferences; invited to deliver a keynote speech at Hong Kong PolyU.

Co-led the Organizing Committee to deliver 2025 International Conference on English Language Education in the AI Era.

Collaborated with other LED Research Committee members to deliver the inaugural Undergraduate School Conference.

Regularly contribute to the student admissions process for nine consecutive years, evaluating English essays and conducting interviews to assess 631 applicants.
