Biography

Dr. Wang Kaixi Cathay currently works as an assistant professor (teaching) in English in the School of Humanities and Social Science, CUHK SZ. Before this, she completed her doctoral degree in English (discourse analysis) at CityU HK and MA in English (literary studies) at CUHK. Her research interests lie in discourse analysis, sociolinguistics and sexuality and language. Her teaching career has covered different subjects, including EAP courses, sociolinguistic courses and IELTS trainings.
