I joined the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen) in Sep 2017 as Lecturer of General Education.

Before coming to Shenzhen, I was Lecturer of Philosophy at Hong Kong Baptist University College of International Education from Aug 2014 to Aug 2017.

My BA, MPhil, and PhD in philosophy are all from the University of Hong Kong. During my studies at HKU, I was a visiting student at Fudan, Tuebingen, and Edinburgh.

I grew up and received my primary and secondary education in Shanghai and Germany.

Along with my job, I enjoy rock-climbing, video-gaming, traveling and learning languages.

Apart from some Chinese languages (Shanghaise, Mandarin, Cantonese), I also speak English and German (professional competency), Spanish and Swedish (conversational), and have some limited knowledge of other Germanic and Romance languages.
