Biography

Yao YAO is currently an Assistant Professor (Teaching) in the School of Humanities and Social Science, CUHK, SZ. She was the winner of Best Paper for Proceedings (2017), the winner of the Three Minute Thesis Competition (2018), and the winner of Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation on Business Communication (2019). Her research interests are BELF, intercultural business communication, and English for professional communication.
