Biography

Jingru Zhang is a lecturer in the Global Studies Program of the School of Humanities and Social Science, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. She received her Ph.D. in public policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore after obtaining a bachelor's degree in public administration from the School of International and Public Affairs, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research interests focus on sustainable development, urban governance, and waste management.
