Biography

Dr. SUN Cong received a Ph.D. degree in Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 2017. He joined School of Management and Economics, CUHK-Shenzhen in August 2017. His research interests are workplace affect, emotions, and moods; workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion; individual values in organizations. His teaching areas are People Analytics, Human Resource Management, Managing Emotions at Work, and Organizational Behavior. He received Shenzhen Teacher Excellence Award (2022), CUHK-Shenzhen Presidential Exemplary Teaching Award (2021), and CUHK-Shenzhen Teaching Ethics Award (2020).
