Appointed as Head of the Division of Applied Psychology, School of Humanities and Social Science, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, China. In this leadership role, I have implemented the following programs and activities: (a) (a) Prepared an Applied Psychology Handbook for communication, informational sharing, and publicity, (b) Organized a Brown Bag Presentation Series for faculty and their labs to share research methods (twice monthly), (c) Coordinated the Division’s Invited Lecture Series. Also created a Youtube Channel for the Division from these invited lectures, (d) Conducted strategic planning and succession planning at the Divisional Retreat. Our meeting resulted in our selecting our strategic focus on “Becoming a leader in AI Psychology in China”. (e) Co-Chaired the Search Committee for the senior faculty hire in Applied Psychology. This included online and in-person visits of three candidates, (d) With my high citation scores, helped the Applied Psychology Division to be ranked number 3 in research impact in Psychology in China (Shanghai Rankings)
