My methodological research is focused on developing new algorithms and software for the analysis of high dimensional omics data. The research can be roughly divided into three categories: modeling large-scale biological networks, detecting nonlinear and complex associations in high-dimensional data, and metabolomics data preprocessing. In addition, I collaborate extensively with biomedical researchers, both using bioinformatics tools and traditional statistical methods.
